Flattail Construction was formed in the summer of 2000. After working on various construction crews and serving two years as an Americorps volunteer in the Athens area, I felt it was time that I start a business of my own.

The early days were quickly filled with repeat customers and new clients through word of mouth. Still today I rely on no advertising, only the kind word that is spread by satisfied clients.

I am on site 99% of the time and prefer a crew of only 2 other carpenters. This way it is much easier for me to maintain a high level of integrity in all of our work.

We like to focus on high effeciency construction, utilizing green techniques and create open inviting areas.
